We present a customized plan including recommended fee model, investment approach, and financial planning roadmap tailored to your goals.

Account Opening

We guide you through opening accounts at Interactive Brokers. Your assets remain in your name at all times.

  • Complete account paperwork with our guidance
  • Transfer or rollover existing assets
  • Establish Limited Power of Attorney for trading authority only

Ongoing Management

Regular portfolio reviews, proactive rebalancing, financial planning updates, and direct access to your advisor whenever you need it.

Preparation

What to Have Ready for Your Discovery Meeting

You do not need to prepare anything for the introductory call. If we move forward to the discovery meeting, having the following information available helps us build a more complete picture of your situation.

Recent investment account statements
Most recent tax return (Form 1040)
Employer retirement plan details (401k, pension)
Insurance policies (life, disability, long-term care)
Estate planning documents (will, trust, POA)
Social Security statement or estimate
Outstanding debt balances and terms
Any specific financial goals or concerns

Do not worry if you do not have everything. We will work with whatever you have and fill in the gaps together.

No Commitment Until You Are Ready

The introductory call, discovery meeting, and strategy presentation are all free of charge and carry no obligation. We do not ask you to sign anything or transfer assets until you have had time to review our proposal and decide that we are the right fit.

If you decide to move forward, there are no lock-up periods or termination penalties. You can end the advisory relationship at any time. We believe in earning your business every quarter.
